I made it to a little over 36000 miles before I changed the wheels. I had the spare sitting in the attic for a while after buying them from a Camaro 5 member in 2010. They had almost no miles on them and I bought them for about $100 each.
Here are some photos of why you should rotate them more often. Plus laying off the burnouts when you can. I'm a little embarrassed how long I let these go.

Elite Engineering Oil Catch Can installed

Found a sweet deal on an oil catch can. The install of the catch can is really simple and took about 15 minutes. I'll post an update after the next oil change to show how much it caught.

Wheel Locks

A co worker warned me that her wheels were jacked. So I decide to protect my investment with some wheel locks.

Did someone mention Drag Radials

Bought some Z06 replica wheels- 18x10.5 with 53mm offset. I will have to zip tie the e-brake so it won't rub. 58 lb with MT ET Street Tires. Can't wait to hit the track.
