Mod - Steering wheel trim

I wanted to match my steering wheel trim with the speedo bezel. So a little sanding couple of hits of CMG and clear - and presto -
I am thinking of doing the 4pack gauges but I think the radio will look out of place. Uunfortunately my flash takes out the color change from the CGM.
Also repainted the engine cover CGM and painted some 'SS's in the front.I've done several versions but this is the best one

New Mod- Footwell lighting

Another AAC kit. - You can't be afraind to tap into the electronic under the dash. I clipped into the overhead light power so it auto dims and auto illuminates with the door opening and closing. matched the color of the overhead light.

What are the odds?

I met up with another CGMer that ironically has the same plates. Glad to meet up with you 68RS. Thanks for the good shots.

Mod - Custom Stripes

Finally added my stripes this evening! Took my time and tried to make sure the alignment was perfect. I was going for a subtle look with flat black. I had the custom pinstripe strip made to make it look a little more classic.

Performance Mod #2 - Cold Air Intake

ADDED a CAI cold air intake this weekend. The kit was well built and after reading allot of good things about CAI I pulled the trigger. Super easy to install and I like the look. After my trip to College station I realize now that I need to clean the dust in that engine compartment.

Speedo bezel Mod

I did some more work on the interior today. I had bought a speedo bezel and painted it CGM. I made sure to leave the inside of the rings a matte black to reduce some of the reflection.Masking is essential. I'll do the same on the steering wheel later.

Mini Camaro

I also found a Jada Bigtime muscle model and gave it the proper paint job that it should of had from the factory. Disassembling the model was easy and I got some color march duplicolor spray at the local auto parts store.
